The Spankwagon Collective has been around since the dawn of time, give or take a few bazillion years. We are made up of several people who really just float in and out of activity. Starting out as a simple website ran by Trencher Spankwagon really was about nothing, in the later part of 2000 Trencher decided to expand on that void and play eurorave and techno using Live365 servers. That however is ancient history. Spankwagon found its calling from Oct 2000 till May 2010 with Spankwagon Radio, a weekly talk show with topics, conversation, and general sophomoric humor.
In that time their have been several Co-Hosts that have joined Trencher in expanding the universe we all live in, and shaking the crap out of it like a British Nanny! Of that list we have (in no particular order): Claude Ballse, Decaf, Flying-J, Gorilla, Zuzu, Scrappy, Ginger, Chief, Neesee, and Mr.Murphy.
From June 2010 till Dec 2010, Spankwagon was a video series that featured Mr. Murphy with co-hosts: Decaf, Chief, Trencher, The Cheese, and beer all going around and interviewing awesome people doing awesome things
Since January of 2011 Spankwagon has morphed into the Spankwagon collective with the relocation of Mr. Murphy to Seattle, the addition of longtime fan and sometime contributor Rob-a-Liquor-store in Austin, and Trencher parking his butt in Las Vegas. All three groups working on their own media projects, all with the typical Spankwagon slant, which is to say, doing what they f’ing want to, just because they want to.
